Course Information

This course aims to equip participants with the expertise and understanding necessary to oversee and execute change within their workplace effectively. It also aims to empower employees currently serving or recently appointed to leadership, management, or supervisory roles with upgraded skills to lead and manage their teams effectively. It is a Skills to Advance funded course for individuals already employed.

  • Causes of organisational change include shifts in leadership, technological advancements, alterations in business strategy, and the imperative to enhance efficiency.

  • Environmental analysis tools such as PESTLE and SWOT.

  • Advantages and consequences associated with change.

  • Approaches to evaluating risks and uncertainties.

  • Fundamental principles of change management.

  • Communication strategies for conveying change effectively.

  • The significance of engaging individuals to facilitate successful change.

  • Techniques for monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of change initiatives.
